OEM automotive quality support and part inspections have been our main work theme since 1988.
What is your primary product or service?
third party containment, inspection, and certification of automotive components from any type of process or material.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
as a supplier quality engineer with general motors it was obvious that there are those events that require an ethical and professional approach to solving the occasional quality issues that are common in today's manufacturing arena.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
we have the capability to design and build expedient tools and gauges to facilitate a rapid response to any quality concern at the automotive or tier 1 assembly plants. we can sort more parts correctly, in less time, with fewer technicians than any one in our field. this translates into lower client cost. we are "sort pros"
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
one location at this time however we will travel to any location to provide our services on-site for the client's benefit.
What type of payments do you accept?
first time or occasional customers payment is due on completion. if materials are regularly routed to us for inspection or activity we extend 30 day terms.
Which areas do you service?
our clients are global and locally in Michigan we will travel to any location. we also service adjoining states of OH, IL, IN.

24/7/365 when necessary. regular hours 8-4:30 M-F
